Graduate Student Fellowships and Funding

All students admitted to our PhD program receive fellowships providing full tuition payment, University health insurance, and support beyond tuition (either stipend or a combination of stipend and teaching salary) amounting to $19,000 per year for each of the first five years in the program.  Additionally, summer stipends are available.

There are additional funding packages for students in the 6th year and beyond, including department-awarded Dissertation Year fellowships, Divisonal fellowships and external fellowships.  More information on followship opportunities is available here on the Dean of Students website.
