Stephanie is the department coordinator and administrator. She schedules department courses, coordinates visiting appointments, facilitates faculty promotion and tenure cases, manages the budget, and works closely with the Director of Graduate Studies. Stephanie is also conceptual artist who exhibits her work regularly in the United States and Europe. She is the mother of five year-old twins, and is the president of the Brutalist Architecture Fan Club (Midwestern Division).

Casae is the department secretary. She manages the day to day operation of the office, orders desk copies, schedules rooms for graduate student discussion sections, processes admissions and faculty search files, plans department events, manages the department list-hosts, and is Professor Arnold Davidson's personal secretary. Casae is a social and cultural historian. Her interests include French and Cajun history, smooth jazz, cats, the decorative arts, and the Performance artist Dr. Linda Kitteh.
